The official website, bfuhs.ac.in, has a distinct merit list for each category. The deadline for submitting a Punjab MBBS application form for the year 2022 was November 28. The very day and time for counselling will be announced as soon as possible. 

Candidates who have passed NEET 2022 and have Punjabi citizenship are eligible to apply for the state quota seats. Candidates must register online at BFUHS’s official website, bfuhs.ac.in, in order to participate in the Punjab NEET 2022 Counselling.

Every year, the NTA (National Testing Agency) is in charge of organising the NEET admission exam. MCC NEET Counselling is the process of final seat allotment into MBBS, BDS, and other medical programmes in India. MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) website mcc.nic.in.

Punjab NEET Counselling Eligibility

Candidates who intend to apply for Punjab NEET counselling 2022 should first review the qualifying requirements before registering online. Ineligible candidates will not be considered for seat allocation, and their counselling fees will be forfeited. The following are the eligibility requirements for Punjab NEET 2022 counselling:

  • Students who have passed the NEET 2022 exam.
  • They must have registered for Punjab Counseling.
  • They must be residents of the state of Punjab.

 Punjab NEET Counselling Process

Admission to MBBS and BDS seats under the 85 percent state quota will take place through Punjab NEET 2022 counselling. Candidates who pass the NEET 2022 must register on the official website of BFUHS. They will be required to submit their course and college options online after finishing the registration process. BFUHS will create a seat allotment list based on these selections. The stages involved in Punjab NEET 2022 counselling:

Login:

  • Visit to bfuhs.ac.in official website.
  • Register using your phone number and email address.
  • Enter information such as your name, father’s name, preferred course, college, category, quota, NEET 2022 scores, and so on.
  • Fill out the application form
  • Make a note of the registration ID and password for future use.

Payment:

The Punjab MBBS counselling fee for 2022 can be paid online. The registration fee for Punjab MBBS/BDS 2022 counselling is refundable. Check out the fee details below.

State Merit List

BFUHS will compile a state merit list and post it on the institute’s official website. Only candidates who have registered on the official website of BFUHS will be included in the merit list. Aside from the state rating, a candidate will be ranked according to the category to which he or she belongs.

The next step in the Punjab NEET counselling procedure is to select a college/institute of preference.

Candidates must log in to their registered accounts and select from the options presented.

Seats will be assigned to candidates based on the alternatives selected during this step; therefore, candidates must select their options carefully.

After you’ve entered all of your options for Punjab MBBS counselling 2022, click “Save Choices.”

On the screen, a preview of the filled options for Punjab NEET 2022 counselling will emerge.

Seat allocation result

Following the completion of the selection procedure, the authorities will disclose the result of Punjab MBBS counselling 2022 in the form of a seat allotment list. Punjab MBBS seat assignment would be based on the choices made by candidates during counselling, NEET scores and rank, reservation quota, and seat availability. The Punjab NEET 2022 seat allotment will be made available on the official website in the form of a merit list.

Reporting at the College

Candidates who have been assigned a seat must report to the institute before the deadline for document verification. Following the verification of the documents and the applicant’s eligibility, the institute’s director will issue a bank challan for the deposit of the fee.

Who will conduct Punjab MBBS counselling 2022?

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences will conduct Punjab MBBS/BDS 2022 counselling.

When is the second round of Punjab NEET MBBS counselling scheduled to take place?

If there are any unfilled seats remaining after the first round of Punjab NEET MBBS counselling, a second round would be scheduled. If BFUHS deems that a second round is required to replace the vacant seats, candidates will be notified in writing.

How much percentage is required for MBBS in Punjab?

Students in the general category must achieve a minimum of 50% in their class 12 exams, while OBC/SC/ST applicants must achieve a minimum of 45%. Subjects covered include: In class 12, students must study Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.

Is Neet Counselling 2022 started?

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2022 has not yet begun. The schedule will be released soon by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC).
